Guy Bourgeois is a key player in the world of conferences and training in Quebec. Entrepreneur at heart, from the age of twenty he bought his father’s dairy distribution business and multiplied his turnover by six. At thirty, he founded with partners a food distribution company and orchestrated the solicitation of more than ten thousand customers. In 1992, he sold his business and decided to become a motivator and trainer, thus fulfilling a childhood dream, like Jean-Marc Chaput. Since then, it electrifies crowds at the rate of more than two hundred conferences per year. Considered a master in motivation and sales, he excels in his eloquence, his humor and his simplicity. His words inspire self-improvement and action.
Fellow of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Fellow of the Order of Chartered Administrators, Jean-Claude Gagnon devotes his professional career to the growth of companies operating mainly in the retail trade. Partner at Malette then Partner responsible for management consulting services at Samson Bélair Deloitte until 1986, Jean-Claude acquired a small chain of five (5) stores, known as Boutiques Dans un Jardin. As a shareholder, president and CEO, he grew the business to 75 stores under the Parfumerie Dans un Jardin banner. In 1998, he sold his interests and became a main player in the commercial revolution at the SAQ as advisor to the president and then first VP sales director. Today he advises his own clients as a customer experience consultant.
On television, Denis Bouchard, speaker, appeared in Lance et Compte, Annie et ses hommes, Toute la vérité and more recently in L’Imposteur; programs for which he has won several Artis and Gemeaux awards. In cinema, he starred in more than twenty-five films including Les Invasions Barbares, La Petite Reine, Histoires d’Hiver, Les matins infidèles for which he won the Guy-Écuyer prize and the Bayard d’Or at the Namur Festival in Belgium. He has staged over a hundred shows in Quebec and Europe including Garou, Daniel Lavoie, Roch Voisine, Stéphane Rousseau, Daniel Lemire, Anthony Kavanagh, Grégory Charles, Notre-Dame de Paris the concert, and Mozart the musical. With the OSM, he directed, among other things, Les Cent ans du Canadien at the Bell Center and Tricoté serré with Boukar Diouf. Finally, he is the author or co-author of several plays including La Déprime, Bang and more recently Le Dernier Sacrement.
