TAKE CONTROL OF THE RHYTHM OF YOUR LIFE

Rhythm : We can undergo it / We can follow it / or We can create it!

“Finding and keeping a good rhythm becomes essential to be successful, but above all you have to find YOUR rhythm to be HAPPY in your life. ”

It is with reflection, wit and a touch of humor that Jean-Marc Généreux, speaker, offers you to put into perspective the effect and impact that “the rhythm” has in all facets of our life, personal and professional.

“Take control of the rhythm of your Life” is a conference that invites you to listen AND participate physically!
Discover the four “steps” (of a childlike simplicity)that will change your overall vision of your life. Admittedly, these four steps, so symbolic, are the basis of all dances:

• Forward
• Backward
• To the Side
• And Together

Perceived as simple physical movements, we too often neglect the importance of these four steps on our mind, our confidence and our resilience! It’s up to you to control the rhythm and the direction of your life, both personally and professionally!

In this conference as in life, Jean-Marc wishes to guide you and help you to put your words into action! The 4 steps become necessary and essential tools for taking stands, decisions and directions in your life. FIND YOUR RHYTHM!
