St\u00e9phane Auger, speaker,<\/strong>\u00a0has been at the heart of NHL officiating for nearly 800 games. During this period, he was in close contact with the league’s greatest players, sometimes even shoulder to shoulder. He witnessed the comments, the yelling and the screams of joy of these mythical players.<\/p>\n\n

In every match, in a fraction of a second, he had to make decisions that were sometimes right and sometimes wrong. That’s life and that’s the role of a referee in the world of sport.<\/p>\n\n

His role and his proximity to the NHL’s elite have allowed him to build up a wealth of experience: not to mention the tasty anecdotes he has accumulated over the years. This is what he will share with you in his conferences.<\/p>\n\n
