According to him, no one can perform seven days a week. It is therefore essential to find YOUR way of disconnecting from work to better bounce back when it comes time to perform.<\/p>\n
Of course, everyone can do this in their own way. For some, it’s sports, cycling, running and physical activity in all its forms. Others prefer housework, renovations and gardening.<\/p>\n
For Louis-Fran\u00e7ois, it is a return to the earth. He has always felt deep down the desire to connect with the earth. He loves logging, transporting branches with his 4-wheeler, and using his tractor to work the land.<\/p>\n
He also loves doing all kinds of renovations. In his many restaurants, he has always had a hand in the work (so to speak), and he has always been fully involved in the design and decoration.<\/p>\n
