So, to keep with the theme, here are a few tips on how to delegate the right way.<\/h4>\n<p>Delegating means giving someone else a task that you are already doing and taking that time to do more important things (or even thinking).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You don&#8217;t just delegate tasks you don&#8217;t like<\/li>\n<li>Poor delegation does not save time<\/li>\n<li>There is a distinction between delegating a TASK and delegating a RESPONSIBILITY<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Some ideas for delegating a task:<\/u><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Choose the right person (who has an affinity to do the task)<\/li>\n<li>Give them a clear mandate and timeframe<\/li>\n<li>Give them the tools and training they need<\/li>\n<li>Remain available<\/li>\n<li>Give thanks and value<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><u>Some ideas for delegating responsibility:<\/u><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Choose the right person<\/li>\n<li>Delegate end goals, not &#8220;how to do it<\/li>\n<li>Give a clear mandate, share all necessary skills and information<\/li>\n<li>Also delegate the decision-making power inherent in this responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Have a verification system (reporting or monitoring)<\/li>\n<li>Praise and reward according to the work done<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>That&#8217;s it!
