At Formax, we take the quality of your meeting to heart. To this end, and to make things as simple as possible for you, we offer a range of complementary services that will add “Oumph” to your event.
Promotion of your event by our speaker* :
If you wish, your chosen speaker.ère will be happy to contribute to the success of your event with additional participation before or during the event.
- Interview in a media outlet related to your event (3-4 min segment): $300 + tx
- Promotional video clip to invite people to attend your event (maximum 1-2 minutes): $300 + tx
* Subject to speaker availability.

Personalized message* :
Are you unable to host a speaker in your organization or event, but would like to offer a positive message or advice to your team? We’ve got the solution for you!
- Personalized message by the speaker of your choice (maximum 1-3 minutes): $500 + tx
- Personalized advice by the speaker of your choice (max 5-6 minutes): $850 + tx

Virtual recording, broadcasting and rebroadcasting* :
For a virtual meeting, Formax can support you and make your task easier by recording, broadcasting and rebroadcasting your event.
- Right to record an online conference and store the file on an “intranet” for a maximum of 14 days: $1,000 +tx (file must be deleted after use)
- Right to record an online conference + one-time replay: $1,000 +tx (file must be deleted after use)
- Live broadcast of your conference on Formax’s Zoom platform (duration 1h*) (does not include conference facilitation): $500 +tx
- Recording of Zoom conference + rebroadcast by Formax (duration 1h*): $500 +tx. for recording + $500 +tx. per rebroadcast
* If your event lasts longer than an hour, please contact us for a proposal tailored to your needs.
** Please note that the number of participants in the live event and post-broadcast may vary the price.
