Promotion of your event by our speaker* :
If you wish, your chosen speaker.ère will be happy to contribute to the success of your event with additional participation before or during the event.
- Interview in a media outlet related to your event (3-4 min segment): $300 + tx
- Promotional video clip to invite people to attend your event (maximum 1-2 minutes): $300 + tx

Personalized message
Are you unable to host a speaker in your organization or event, but would like to offer a positive message or advice to your team? We've got the solution for you!
- Personalized message by the speaker of your choice (maximum 1-3 minutes): $500 + tx
- Personalized advice by the speaker of your choice (max 5-6 minutes): $850 + tx

Virtual recording, broadcasting and rebroadcasting* :
For a virtual meeting, Formax can support you and make your task easier by recording, broadcasting and rebroadcasting your event.
- Droit d’enregistrement d’une conférence en ligne et de conservation du fichier sur un « intranet » pour une durée maximale de 14 jours : 1000.$ +tx (le fichier doit être supprimé après utilisation)
- Droit d’enregistrement d’une conférence en ligne + rediffusion unique : 1000.$ +tx (le fichier doit être supprimé après utilisation)
- Diffusion en direct de votre conférence sur la plateforme Zoom de Formax (durée 1h*) (n’inclut pas l’animation de votre conférence) : 500.$ +tx
- Enregistrement de la conférence Zoom + rediffusion par Formax (durée 1h*) : 500.$ +tx. pour l’enregistrement + 500.$ +tx par rediffusion
