Formax Formation Motivation is above all a family story. Founded in 1992 by Guy Bourgeois and his wife Myriam Lapointe, Formax Formation Motivation is a firm specializing in motivation and tailor-made courses.
A professional speaker, Guy Bourgeois has been designing and delivering nearly 200 conferences per year for over 30 years. In 2011, to meet the growing demand from clients, Myriam and Guy decided to launch the FORMAX Speakers Team. Always mindful of preserving the family spirit, they entrusted the responsibility of this new division to one of their two daughters. Marilyn, a graduate in Public Relations from UQAM, gladly accepted the challenge, bringing a fresh perspective to the company.
Ten years later, their other daughter, Ariane, joined the team. A graduate in Business Administration from ESG – UQAM, she spent nearly a decade promoting Quebec’s nautical tourism. With great enthusiasm, she accepted the role in business development and company promotion, working alongside Marilyn.
Partnering with more than fifty speakers from various professional fields, the FORMAX team is distinguished by the public recognition and popularity of its experienced communicators, all committed to a single goal: motivating and inspiring every audience they meet.
Formax is also the only team to offer the services of speakersbusiness leaders such as presidents or vice-presidents in office. Coming from companies known to Quebecers, they talk about their daily lives and explain the strategies they themselves have deployed in their own companies to be more successful.
