Guy Bourgeois is a key player in the world of conferences and training in Quebec. An entrepreneur at heart, at the age of twenty he bought his father's dairy product distribution business and increased its sales sixfold. At the age of thirty, he founded a food distribution company with partners and orchestrated the solicitation of more than ten thousand customers. In 1992, he sold his company and decided to become a motivator and trainer, thus fulfilling a youthful dream, to be like Jean-Marc Chaput. Since then, he has been electrifying crowds with more than two hundred conferences per year. Considered a master in motivation and sales, he excels in eloquence, humour and simplicity. His words encourage people to surpass themselves and to take action.
Jean-Claude Gagnon
Fellow of the Ordre des Comptables Agréés and Fellow of the Ordre des Administrateurs Agrées, Jean-Claude Gagnon has dedicated his professional career to the growth of businesses, mainly in the retail sector. Partner at Malette and then Partner in charge of management consulting services at Samson Bélair Deloitte until 1986, Jean-Claude acquired a small chain of five (5) shops, known as Boutiques Dans un Jardin. As a shareholder, President and CEO, he grew the business to 75 shops under the Parfumerie Dans un Jardin banner. In 1998, he sold his interests and became a key player in the commercial revolution at the SAQ as advisor to the President and then as Senior VP Commercial Management. Today, he advises his own clients as a customer experience consultant.
Denis Bouchard
Denis Bouchard is a one-man band. His energy and boundless enthusiasm have led him to be an actor, director, show producer, author, playwright and more. All of these hats have led him to create shows, direct actors, manage their stage fright and anxiety, and perform under pressure, with the goal of offering the audience (his clients) an unforgettable memory.
