Performing with pleasure
These days, everything is moving so fast that it is sometimes difficult to stay fully motivated. Pandemics, organisational changes, newness, technology, increased competition, lack of staff and overwork, all lead to self-doubt and sometimes even to giving up.
Let's make no mistake: to stay motivated to go to work every morning (or telework) and achieve our goals, we need to have fun. The concept of "work-life balance" needs to be enhanced with the values of "Performing with Pleasure".
To reach this level of "Performing with Pleasure", all colleagues must take responsibility for "Work-Pleasure". In this lecture, Guy Bourgeois answers the following questions with humor and eloquence:
- Where is happiness? Where is it?
- What is a "Performing with Pleasure" culture?
- Why can "fun at work" become a key factor in enjoying your current job?
- How can we ensure that the 'fun at work' culture spreads throughout the organisation?
- How do you manage everyday stress and pressure?
- How to manage emergencies and priorities for better results?
- What is everyone's role in this new culture?
- There are several simple tips for implementing the 'Work-Fun' culture.
- Several concrete examples of organisations that have implemented a "Work-Friendly" culture
- And more...
At the end of this inspiring conference, you will be convinced that it is possible to have fun at work and certainly in your current job. Have fun! The days will seem shorter.
Full Confidence
BECAUSE EVERYTHING STARTS FROM TRUST.
Confidence is the driving force behind any achievement. Whether in our personal lives, sports, the Olympics, business, the economy, the stock market, the couple, etc. Without confidence, everything falls apart!
But what is trust? Where does it come from? How can it be acquired, maintained and regained?
Why is it that some have it and others don't? Is it innate? Is it only available to certain privileged people? And so on. Everyone has asked themselves these questions!
Not having one makes us put off important, even essential things, makes us hesitate, makes us anxious, makes us criticise and prevents us from moving forward.
Trust in who we are, what we do, who we are with, our dreams and our vision for the future can change our lives.
The same goes for trust in our products, our customers, our employer, our team and our suppliers.
Guy Bourgeois has been working on self-confidence since 1992. He knows the human principles that lead people to have more confidence in themselves. Through his conferences and trainings, he has helped tens of thousands of people to overcome their fears and move to another level of their personal evolution.
His conference "Full Confidence" is the result of years of observing and teaching those who thought they were "not capable" and who became so.
Whether it's applying for another job, speaking at a meeting, seeing new clients, breaking through lethargy, achieving a higher level of success, going into business or even losing weight, we all need to have "Full Confidence" to move to the full power of our potential.
Guy promises that after his conference, you will be in "Full confidence"!
It could be worse!
Inspired by his best-selling book of the same name, this conference can also take on a show-like quality if required.
Already presented as a public show in more than 20 cities, this conference is ideal for conference openings and closings. " It could be worse" will make the most reluctant participant relax.
With incredible dynamism, speaker Guy Bourgeois takes you on a humorous and emotional journey into the world of stress and negativism. You think that we live in a world where everything goes wrong, that we can no longer trust anyone and that life is a long ordeal full of pitfalls. With "It could be worse", get ready to change your mind and start seeing life in a new light.
The secret of success
Would you be surprised to learn that your success, if you do the "right things" is guaranteed! But what is the secret of success?
What could be more reassuring than knowing that the energy we put into a project, our career, our life, will result in a guaranteed success. You doubt it? Maybe that's the problem.
Getting to the top in any field has always been a very difficult thing. But that's because people don't know how to do it. There is a recipe for success and if you have the right ingredients and apply the recipe to the letter, success is guaranteed. GUARANTEED!
Your future success depends on a complex and balanced mix of skills, abilities, effort, energy, practice, positive attitude and mental strength. In his lecture, "The Secret to Success!" Guy will delve into each of the above topics and explain how to use "The Recipe" to take your performance, both personal and professional, to the next level.
Being on top
Be the best! Be the best! Have you ever thought about it?
Where are you in your career at the moment? Perhaps you are in your comfort zone? Or do you feel that you are "TOPPED" by different circumstances? But is this really the case? The vast majority of human beings tend to be content with who they are and what they have at the moment. This is not a sin in itself, but is it really what you want?
Yet you expect others to be at the TOP all the time. You want your favourite comedian to put on his best show yet, or your favourite actor to play a major role, and without realising it, you worship athletes who are at the top of their game and quickly lose interest in them when they are not. If you were an athlete, right now, would your fans be adoring you or disregarding you? Ouch!!!!
In his new conference "Être au TOP", Guy Bourgeois will make you want to go to the TOP. Based on the observation of thousands of people he has met in his career and on the study of the best performers, he will show you that in the end, everyone wants to be at the TOP. You want to be better than you are right now? You want to be the FIRST in something or the ONLY one who has done it. It's human nature and it's normal to think that way.
You are meant to be at the TOP. To think otherwise is to lie to yourself. Stop thinking that what prevents you from being at your best are the circumstances around you or the context that is not favourable. This is not true! It is YOU with all your excuses.
Using anecdotes and concrete examples, Guy will rekindle your innate desire to be at the TOP and give you the tools to do so. Get ready to be at the TOP.
Develop an entrepreneurial attitude
Everyone dreams of winning the million dollar lottery. But while you're waiting for it to happen, why not try to win it yourself? To do so, speaker Guy Bourgeois suggests different attitudes and actions to take.

- Learn to sell yourself
- Make things happen
- Stretch your web
- Develop human contacts

Learn how to keep your employees... for life
We are living in an unprecedented time in employment. Long on the side of employers, the balance of power has now shifted to the side of employees. And demographic experts predict that this situation will last at least a decade. Perhaps it's a fair swing of the pendulum.
Make no mistake, employees have always sought job stability and still do today.
Except: Today's employees are looking for fulfillment in their jobs. They are looking for challenges and passionate people. They want transparency and fluid communication. They want to evolve in a stimulating work environment and work for a motivating leader. In short, they want to have fun at work.
Are you an employer? Do you want to keep your employees? You need to break out of the old "I'm the boss" pattern and change your outlook.
In his conference "Learn to keep your employees ... for life", Guy Bourgeois will shake you up a bit. He will explain what you need to change to keep your employees, otherwise, your employees will change bosses.
Are you ready for the challenge? Now is the time to change!
The power of the team!
Is your company using its full potential? Are all departments working together in a cohesive and collaborative way? In short, is your company making full use of the "power of the team"?
As a keynote speaker, Guy will explain to all your employees, from sweepers to senior executives, the benefits of working towards a common goal, and provide you with the tools to get there and keep everyone pulling in the same direction.
In this conference, he will talk about belonging, pride, interpersonal communication, team spirit, skills, self-acceptance and acceptance of others. All this with the aim of finding out that, at the end of the day, we all want the same thing: to succeed!
Alone, you can't be as successful as you are in a team. Based on this powerful statement, Guy will show you the potential benefits of moving from being a "puck eater" to a "team player".
Are you using the "power of the team"?
"Give them to me for 90 or 120 minutes and I will give them wings. I guarantee it!"
Towards a work-pleasure culture!

Inspirational leader
Be a LEADER! We hear this word regularly. Whether political, religious, ideological, financial or even military, a leader's role is to lead a group of people to victory. But what is a leader? Can you become one? Is it innate or is it learned? How do you do it and what are the criteria to become one? In his new conference, "Inspirational Leader", Guy will discuss the personality traits that are common to great leaders and will break the myth that we are born leaders. Everyone is capable of motivating people if they know the great rules of leadership.
If you are an entrepreneur, manager, executive or leader, you need to become a leader who is able to lead, communicate your vision, inspire, coach and even reprimand. This is what Guy will teach you in this conference.

Mobilise your team
Be a LEADER! We hear this word regularly. Whether political, religious, ideological, financial or even military, a leader's role is to lead a group of people to victory. But what is a leader? Can you become one? Is it innate or is it learned? How do you do it and what are the criteria for becoming one? In his new conference, "Mobilize your team", Guy will discuss the personality traits that are common to great leaders and will break the myth that we are born leaders. Everyone is capable of motivating people if they know the great rules of leadership.
If you are an entrepreneur, manager, executive or leader, you need to become a leader who is able to lead, communicate your vision, inspire, coach and even reprimand. This is what Guy will teach you in this conference.

Putting the customer first
Do you want to make your employees aware of the importance of quality customer service? This conference will undoubtedly help you achieve your goals. With Guy Bourgeois, put the customer first!
On the menu:
- Why adopt a "Customer First" attitude?
- How do you motivate yourself to do it?
- How to stand out from your competitors and become THE reference in your field?
- What do your customers look for in you?
- How to avoid bad service experiences and how to deal with them when they do occur?
- How can you get the whole service chain of your company involved to the maximum?
By the end of this conference, all your employees will have a "Customer First" attitude!
Dealing with unhappy customers
Are you short of goods or raw materials? Are you short of employees? Are your service times much longer than before? Are your customers letting you know without embarrassment and sometimes even aggressively? Are your customer service employees not used to or prepared for such dissatisfaction? This is now the reality for many organisations.
The aim of this 60-90 minute conference is to give them the tools to better react and "keep your customer".
In this talk, I will share with you tips on how to: Manage YOUR emotions when faced with unhappy customers and conserve your energy when it happens often.
Apply the basics of positive communication. Use active listening as a calming tool. Bringing the client into a "solution" mode rather than a "confrontation" mode. Using psychological cushions to avoid confrontation. Reassure the client throughout the process of resolving the situation.
This subject is also available as a training course lasting 3 to 6 hours.
360° development
The business world is always changing. But over the past few months/years, these changes have been accelerating at breakneck speed.
Sales no longer flow in on their own, as they did during the pandemic. Sales teams now have to row against the tide.
The need to move into "business development" mode has become an inescapable fact of life.
"360 Development
Available as a face-to-face or virtual course, lasting from 60 to 180 minutes.
In this conference-training session, Guy Bourgeois will focus exclusively on sales development methods. Salespeople have no choice: developing new customers is now a priority.
Here are the themes that will be developed:
- Why do development blitzes?
- Beyond the cold call, what are the ten must-have methods for business development in 2024?
- How and when do we set in motion our development actions for each of these ten methods?
- How to "monitor" our actions/results to put our efforts where it pays off.
- How do you send targeted mailings effectively?
- How can we apply a gradation in our customer communications?
- How can I ensure effective follow-up?
- How can you respond to objections and close more sales?
- And more ...
Selling with passion
The market has evolved and so have consumers. They are demanding and very well informed. What's more, thanks to e-commerce, among other things, salespeople face increased competition. They must therefore focus on their skills/products, mutual trust, maximum service and sales techniques to succeed. With over 43 years' experience in sales, Guy is truly THE best speaker to teach you to Sell with Passion.
That's right! The days of pressure selling are over. Selling has become a question of "development". Development with our current customers: to follow up on them, to offer them better products and also to offer them our complementary products.
Development also in the sense of seeking out new customers. You can no longer just wait for them, you have to be proactive. Prospecting, soliciting, cold calling and using all possible networks is now a "must" to succeed.

Coaching your salespeople successfully
Your salespeople will never go further than the road you lay out for them or higher than the ladder you set up for them. The role of the sales manager is very similar to that of the hockey coach. He or she defines the target to be reached, provides the tools to get there, creates a favourable climate and helps to overcome the obstacles. In Coaching Your Salespeople to Success , Guy will share his best tips for becoming a high-performing, engaging and inspiring sales manager.
It will deal with, among other things, : How to set stimulating objectives? How to support them in their actions? How to coach and support them? How and how often to organise sales meetings? When and under what circumstances should sales contests be organised? How to deal with under-performers and negative leaders?

What our customers say:
"Before hiring Guy as a trainer, I had attended one of these conferences. Since 2015, Guy has been a Top Trainer for us. He is our trainer par excellence as he connects with our people. Guy is hands-on and experienced. I had forgotten that Guy is also a speaker-motivator. I never thought of him for this type of need. I'd think of Marilyn to suggest speakers, but never Guy, the "trainer". Lately, I've finally hired Guy as a motivator with his "Taming Change" conference. Managing change isn't easy, but with Guy's conference, even presented virtually, you'll be immediately motivated. For us, it was a success! We felt a difference in our employees' attitudes the very next day! Everyone enjoyed it, and I discovered an experienced, hands-on speaker . I recommend the "Taming Change" conference, but especially Guy, the speaker!"
