Philippe Cormier and Sandrine Morrisseau’s lectures:

  • Duration: 45-75 minutes, adaptable.
  • Conferences available in French and English.
  • A preparatory call is scheduled to adapt the conference content.

  • Plan A

    It is often said that one should have a plan B, but betting on your true goal is not madness! This conference is an ode to boldness, creativity, and those who choose to dive headfirst into what makes them passionate. Plan A is a dynamic and human encounter. An hour to rethink success. Led by director and screenwriter Philippe Cormier and Sandrine Morisseau, a passionate creator who navigates between acting, production, and casting, this conference breaks down the boundaries between the artistic industry and the corporate world, whether in a classroom or a meeting room.

    YOUTH AND SCHOOL SEGMENT
    Designed to captivate and inspire young people, this segment speaks their language and goes straight to the point. It discusses choices, doubts, success, and failure. What it truly means to follow your passion when you’re twenty and the future is uncertain.

    • A punchy introduction on the atypical and contrasting paths of Philippe and Sandrine;
    • A stylish visual presentation featuring images (photos, videos) from shoots;
    • Raw, funny, and touching anecdotes — on set, in offices, during sleepless nights;
    • An honest discussion on challenges, failures, and sacrifices;
    • A clear message: your career is not a tunnel, it’s a playground.

    CORPORATE AND BUSINESS SEGMENT
    Here, we take the reflection further. How can skills from the artistic world enrich the corporate world? How do creativity, adaptability, and chaos management become strengths in business?

    • A targeted presentation of Philippe and Sandrine’s expertise in the creative industry;
    • A reflection on the versatility of skills: improvisation, adaptation, and listening;
    • A discussion on managing creative teams, the pressure of deadlines, and daily innovation;
    • Inspiring testimonials, with a touch of self-deprecation about the challenges faced;
    • Highlighting the importance of emotional intelligence in transforming environments.”
