Marjolaine is passionate about communications and branding, with a keen fascination for people and their evolution in retail. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Marketing from UQAM, she shaped La Maison Lavande’s brand identity and brought its story to life on social media, expanding its presence and cultivating a tightly-knit community. She then led the communications and marketing team as Brand Director and VP of Communications, ensuring that everything produced at La Maison aligned seamlessly with the company’s vision. Marjolaine invested her heart and soul into promoting the brand and nurturing the culture of the family business.

Today, she combines strategic creativity, human sensitivity, and a holistic perspective to help brands establish a lasting presence in people’s minds. A specialist in storytelling, organic content, and immersive brand experiences, she excels at building bridges between emotion and results. About Florence and Marjolaine Ferron

FLORENCE:
After a brief foray into television, Florence Ferron returned to her roots in 2012 by joining the family business. Over the years, she rose through the ranks to become Marketing & Product Development Director. Driven by a constant thirst for learning, she completed management training at HEC Montréal and became actively involved in her community, serving as President of the Young Leaders Committee at the Deux-Montagnes Chamber of Commerce, as well as sitting on its board of directors.

In 2020, a major turning point occurred with the acquisition of the cosmetics manufacturing subcontractor, La Fabrique des Filles. Florence devoted a full year to mastering its operations and deepening her industry expertise. She then played a key role in constructing a new headquarters, bringing La Maison Lavande and La Fabrique des Filles under one roof, including offices and a factory.

As General Director of both companies, she guided their growth with rigor, agility, and vision. Today, Florence applies her expertise to help businesses achieve organizational clarity, effective management structures, and aligned growth strategies. With a sharp analytical mind and strong relational intelligence, she supports leaders in building solid foundations, making strategic decisions, and mobilizing teams around ambitious yet human objectives. Florence is a long-term strategist, equally at ease with numbers as she is with company culture.

MARJOLAINE:
Driven by natural ambition and deep curiosity, Marjolaine has always sought to combine creativity and strategy in her work. After studying business management and earning a bachelor’s degree in fashion marketing, she joined the family business in 2015 to cover her sister’s maternity leave and quickly found her zone of excellence. She took charge of La Maison Lavande’s social platforms, building a sensitive, strong, and coherent brand image. Through an authentic approach and exemplary consistency, she elevated the company’s digital presence while fostering a deep connection with the community.

As Brand Director and VP of Communications, Marjolaine led all creative, communication, content, and branding initiatives for La Maison Lavande and La Fabrique des Filles. She orchestrated the full 360° brand strategy, ensuring creative and narrative coherence across all channels: visual identity, positioning, editorial line, newsletters, social platforms, integrated campaigns, event experiences, and strategic partnerships. Every action reflected a brand that was confident, refined, and deeply connected to its audience.

Today, she guides brands in clarifying their voice, creating a strong image, cultivating genuine communities, and building aligned brand ecosystems. A specialist in storytelling, organic content, and creative direction, Marjolaine helps companies transform intentions into impact.
