Florence is a jack-of-all-trades; she is passionate about growth strategies as well as process optimization… and recently, about the mechanics of large-scale construction project management! After a few experiences in the television world, she decided to rejoin the family business and pursue studies in management. She then took on various tasks, from graphic design to product development, and team supervision. As the business grew, she now holds the role of General Director of La Maison Lavande and La Fabrique des Filles. Her unique experience has a direct impact on the major decisions of the companies. Her involvement in La Fabrique, the manufacturing branch of the business, has been crucial. Thanks to her strategic vision and ability to mobilize teams, she brings invaluable added value, splitting her time between her two sister companies, surrounded by her own family and the rest of the team.
Marjolaine is passionate about communications and branding, constantly fascinated by people and their evolution in the retail business. After completing her bachelor’s degree in fashion marketing at UQAM, she created the company’s brand image and anchored its story on social media by increasing its presence and building a tight-knit community. Today, she leads her team as Brand Manager and Vice President of Communications, ensuring that everything created at La Maison Lavande aligns with the company’s vision. She is fully dedicated, heart and soul, to the development of the brand and the La Maison Lavande family. The two sisters are shareholders of the company along with their parents. Together, they form the four partners behind La Maison Lavande and La Fabrique des Filles.
