  • Understanding the turbulence on the political stage, between threats and opportunities

In the coming months, both national and international political dynamics are expected to be particularly turbulent. This conference aims to analyze these upheavals in depth, uncover emerging socio-economic trends, and identify key factors that will shape the political future. We will explore both the threats and potential opportunities these events could present, in order to better understand the upcoming challenges and possible strategies to address them.

Influencing the government in times of major political upheaval

We are on the brink of a period of profound political turbulence, with major repercussions for civil society and the various interest groups operating within the political sphere. In this context, while everyone is striving to make their voice heard, few manage to truly capture the attention of the government. Mastering the art of influencing public decisions becomes an essential skill. This conference aims to shed light on the mechanisms of political power, identify opportunities for influence, and share best practices and strategies to maximize one’s impact on decision-makers.

    Team synergy

With an MBA in Management Consulting from ESG-UQAM, Yasmine has worked with a wide range of teams in the political, public and private sectors, and has observed from the inside the positive impacts of team synergy, as well as the devastating effects of a lack of synergy.

With the clear, colorful language she’s known for, in her conference La Synergie d’Équipe (Team Synergy), Yasmine explains the best ways to establish one within your organization and create harmonious collaboration.

    She explains:

    • What are the fundamental principles of collaboration and cohesion within work teams?
    • How important it is to communicate effectively and transparently.
    • How to promote the concept of shared leadership.
    • How to handle conflict constructively.

In addition, she presents studies to illustrate how successful organizations capitalize on Team Synergy to achieve outstanding results, and operational strategies to foster positive synergy in a variety of team contexts.
