At the age of twenty, he bought his father’s dairy distribution business and increased its turnover sixfold. At the age of thirty, he founded a food distribution company with partners and orchestrated the solicitation of more than ten thousand customers.
In 1992, he sold his business and decided to become a speaker, motivator and trainer, fulfilling a childhood dream of doing what Jean-Marc Chaput had done. The number of conferences he gives each year quickly rises from 50 to 100 and even 200, making him a reference in the field and one of the most sought-after speakers in Quebec.
Guy is passionate about human nature and is considered a master in motivation, interpersonal communication, leadership and sales. At conferences, he excels in eloquence, humor and simplicity. His words are always a call to action.
FORMAX
In 2011, in response to growing customer demand, Guy and his wife Myriam decided to launch FORMAX Équipe de conférenciers. Both working full-time, they needed a new team member. Always keen to keep the family spirit alive, they offered the responsibility of this new division to one of their two daughters. Marilyn, who has a bachelor’s degree in communications and public relations from UQAM, gladly accepted the challenge and brought a breath of fresh air to the company. And 10 years later, their other daughter Ariane joins the team.
