  • Canada on the eve of an election

By the fall of 2025, Canadians will have to go to the polls. By then, will Justin Trudeau be able to turn things around? Will Pierre Poilievre become Canada’s next Prime Minister? What impact would the election of a Conservative government have on the Canadian economy and on our relations with the United States? How can your organization influence the course of the next election campaign? With over a decade of experience on the federal scene, Marc-André will help you better understand the issues and forces at play in the next federal election.

Team dynamics: From potential to excellence

Whether it’s the pandemic or the restructuring of your organisation, every good employee must demonstrate leadership qualities. How do you build a winning team? How do you manage millennials? How do you ensure that all players are moving in the same direction? With his unique background, Marc-André Leclerc will explain how we can perform at the highest level when we are well surrounded. As open water swimming, our society and our workplaces are often filled with sharks, Marc-André will help you avoid them.

Nothing is impossible for a valiant heart!

Born in Roberval, Marc-André dreamed of crossing “his” lake, Lac Saint-Jean. A dream that became reality in 2003. After hanging up his jersey in 2007, he will then face the troubled waters of politics. During his ten years on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, he climbed the ladder to the most prestigious position for a political staffer: Chief of Staff. Marc-André Leclerc will tell you about his victories and defeats, and how he dealt with adversity. A unique testimonial that will help you reach the top in your field of activity.
